Texas the Dog needs a home

Hi there - I'm Texas!  Just look at that face - how could you not love that?    I'm a great looking hound - and hounds are the best!   We love our people and make exceptional family dogs for an active family.  I love kids, and will never turn down a romp in the yard!  I'd love to have room to explore and run, but at the end of the day, I'd love to curl by you for some relaxation and affection.



I'm three years old, so I'm in the prime of my life.  If you're looking for an active dog for running or hiking, or just likes to included in family activities, I could very well be your guy!  But I would love to just hang out and take some naps on the porch or in front of the fire too.  I'm neutered, fully vetted, and heartworm negative,  so there is nothing more you need to do but to take me home.
